Refunds and cancellation

How to raise a payment problem, and what we will do about it.

What you are buying

A build credit is priced at £4.99 as a one-time payment, with any tax that applies shown by Paddle before you confirm. It is digital: it is added to your account and is used when you create a build and its preview succeeds.

  • There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges.
  • Buying a credit is a single purchase. We do not charge you again unless you buy again.
  • We store no card details. Payment and card data are handled by Paddle.

Try it free before you pay

Your free build and its preview need no card and no account, so you can see the quality of the output and whether your car is supported before spending anything. Please do use it first.

If something went wrong with a payment

Contact us and we will look into it. These are the cases we see:

  • You paid but no credit appeared. Payment confirmations can arrive after a short delay, so the payment page waits and then offers to check again. If a credit is still missing after that, contact us: we can check whether the payment was received and verified, and add the credit.
  • You were charged twice. Tell us and we will check the payment records and tell you what we find.
  • Your checkout did not finish and now you cannot start another. If an earlier attempt is stuck as unresolved, it can block a new one. Contact us and we can clear it. A credit is granted only from a payment Paddle reports as completed, so an unfinished attempt never produces one.
  • A preview failed. The credit stays with that build rather than being lost, so you can try the preview again without paying again. If it keeps failing, contact us.
  • You believe you were charged in error. Contact us with the date of the payment.

How we handle a refund request

  • Tell us what happened and the date of the payment. Never send card details by email.
  • We check the payment and credit records for your account to establish what was actually charged and granted.
  • Where a refund is due, it is issued through Paddle back to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
  • We will tell you the outcome and the reason for it.
  • Paddle is the merchant of record for the purchase, so Paddle’s own refund policy also applies. You can request a refund from Paddle directly as well as from us, using the order reference on your Paddle receipt.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything on this page or by Paddle’s policy. If you are unhappy with our decision, you can also raise the payment with Paddle or with your bank or card provider.
